Evidence used in the tournaments is limited to that compiled while at the Institute; this would include evidence produced by the lab and that gathered during the tournament. Backfiles, personal files, evidence from other programs this summer, and briefs from other Dartmouth labs are not to be used. Although files may contain some previously accumulated evidence, on the whole, files must be substantially improved, revised and include new evidence.
